Zubereitungshinweise In der Pfanne braten - Form des Bratens mit weniger Fett oder Öl als beim Frittieren : 1.) Beutel an der seitlichen Markierung aufreißen und Inhalt durch leichtes Kneten lockern.2.) 1 EL Öl in einer beschichteten Pfanne erhitzen. Beutelinhalt gleichmäßig in der Pfanne verteilen und unter Wenden bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 3 Minuten anbraten. Vom Pfannenrand zur Mitte einen Rösti-Taler formen und diesen bei mittlerer Hitze 5-6 Minuten braten.3.) Rösti wenden (z.B. mithilfe eines Tellers) und weitere 5-6 Minuten goldbraun braten.Tipp: Rösti-Taler erst wenden, wenn sich am Rand eine goldgelbe Kruste gebildet hat.
